Raghu Ravinutala, Co-Founder and CEO of leading AI-powered customer service company Yellow.ai, said he was surprised by this aspect of building a company.
When he founded Yellow.ai in 2016, the first-time entrepreneur didn't foresee how much he'd have to push to garner 1,100 companies and over 85 countries in the portfolio. Yellow.ai raised over $102 million from blue-chip investors including Salesforce and Sapphire, and grew by 30 times over the last four years.
But this was amidst plenty of setbacks and tiny, compounded steps forward. Looking back, Raghu is astonished by how far Yellow.ai has come, and how it's remained ahead in the competitive AI game by remaining agile and alert.
